Avantech AVT-P2-TCH Touch Screen ticket dispenser

1.1. Basic elements:

• with web server and QMS application (OS Linux Fedora 32b);
• Anti-vandal SAW acoustic wave technology 17'' touch screen display;
• Touching life: 50+ million the same point - 80mm/50mm industrial heavy duty professional thermal printer;
• Print head life: 37+ million rows - easy pull printer out of the chases (sliding system) needed for e.g. paper jam situation;
• central 12V DC voltage supply for displays and terminal units;
•  modulation of signal from sound card in order to minimize noise generation in twisted copper pairs (up to 1km length of cable immune to nx50Hz 220VAC noise);
• 3 x RJ-45 connectors on back side (1 for Ethernet, 2 for RJ-45 serial connections);
• Ticket issuing counter is portable;

 All menus and tickets can be written in any alphabet (Latin, Cyrillic, Arabic, Chinese, Farsi…) and can include the following as well:

• Logo in graphic format,
• Name of the selected type of service,
• List of working places/counters/offices currently working on selected type of service (if the clerk changes the type of service or goes on break, this working place is no longer printed on the ticket),
• Range of numbers from which the numbers are issued for selected type of service,
• Time and date the ticket was issued, number of clients waiting in that queue to be served,
• Optional approximate estimation of waiting time;
• Optional commercial /advertisement message in bitmap or in textual format;
• Optional VIP service etc.

• modulation of signal from sound card in order to minimize noise generation in twisted copper pairs (up to 1km length of cable immune to nx50Hz 220VAC noise)
• 3 x RJ-45 connectors on back side (1 for Ethernet, 2 for RJ-45 serial connections)
• 5 anti-vandal buttons with 5 diodes for signalization of button activity
• The names of type of services could be easily printed on regular a4 laser printer by using provided MS Word template
